We are no longer specifying Weekender "application dates". Weekender applications will be accepted at any time for any weekend, if the weekend hasn’t filled, up until the Tuesday before the weekend begins. If you wish to submit a weekend application within two weeks prior to an upcoming weekend, ask your Church Liaison to contact Audrey Mondelli, Allocations Coordinator to determine if space is available.
A team application submission window is suggested below for each weekend.
If you would like to find out if there are team openings after the
end of the window, please contact Linda Shirley, Leadership Training.
If there are openings, team applications will be accepted until the
team is full.
