Weekender Registration Forms will be accepted at any time for any weekend up until the Tuesday before the weekend begins, provided the weekend isn't filled. If you wish to submit a Weekend Registration form within two weeks prior to an upcoming weekend, ask your Church Liaison to contact Cheryl Lecy, Allocations Coordinator to determine if space is available.
You may submit team applications at any time for any weekend. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot on the team. If you would like to find out if there are team openings, please contact Don May, Leadership Training Coordinator. If there are openings, team application forms will be accepted until the team is full.
