Weekender Registration Forms will be accepted at any time for any weekend up until the Tuesday before the weekend begins, provided the weekend isn't filled. If you wish to submit a weekend registration form within two weeks prior to an upcoming weekend, ask your Church Liaison to contact Audrey Mondelli, Allocations Coordinator to determine if space is available.
A team application submission window is suggested below for each weekend. If you would like to find out if there are team openings after the end of the window, please contact Linda Shirley Leadership Training Coordinator. If there are openings, team application forms will be accepted until the team is full.
